Semillon &Cabernet Sauvignon Masterclass
Exhibition Hall, Glen Innes Showground - Friday 17th October 2008, 10am to noon
As part of the focus of the New England Wine Show on raising the standard of wines from our area, the judges will conduct a benchmarking Masterclass where Semillon and Cabernet Sauvignon will be tasted and reviewed. The judges will take us from viticulture through to winemaking on each wine. We will be tasting the very best wines from comparable regions that Australia and the world can offer.
These benchmark wines won't be cheap! Thus the entry fee for the Masterclass will be $150 per person. We think this is very good value considering the credentials of our three senior judges - Stephen Doyle, Owner and Winemaker of Bloodwood Wines, Orange which is one of the more successful boutique wineries in NSW and Mike de Garis, formerly Chief Winemaker and General Manager of Rothbury Estate, Pokolbin.
Ask yourself "How much consulting time would $150 get you from any of these winemakers?"
There will be a maximum of 24 places available for Exhibitors only! So don't miss out - first come, first served. Click here to download the Semillon & Cabernet Sauvignon Masterclass Attendance Form.
