Details of the 2011 Masterclass:

            Masterclass – Semillon Sauvignon Blanc

Wine Show Exhibition Hall, Glen Innes Showground
Friday 21st October 2011, 9.30 – 11.30 am

Due to popular demand, the judges will conduct a benchmarking Masterclass where Semillon Sauvignon Blanc will be tasted and reviewed, using a regional award-winning wine and a representative selection of national and international Semillon sauvignon blancs. The wine show judges will take us through viticulture to winemaking for each wine. The class will include discussion by the producer of the viticultural practices used.

In order to provide the best selection of benchmarking wines, the charge will be $75 per person.

            Public Tasting

Saturday 22nd October 2011, 12.00 – 2.00 pm

Includes tasting glass and Wine Appreciation Workshop at 1 pm. Members of the public can sample wines from the Wine Show where Huon Hooke was guest Chairman of Judges, $10 per person.
