How to Register
To register your interest please download and complete the following documents after having read the Rules & Regulations to confirm you comply.

You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to view the Entry From (& other forms on this site). If you don't have it, click the button on the left to download it.
There are three simple ways to enter the New England Wine Show. Here they are in detail (PLEASE NOTE THAT WE ARE NOT ABLE TO ACCEPT FAX REGISTRATIONS THIS YEAR):
1. Email Registration for payment by direct deposit/funds transfer
a. Print the Entry Form then fill it in manually.
b. Scan the completed entry form
c. Print and scan your payment's Acknowledgement Slip.
d. Attach both the scanned entry form and Acknowledgement Slip to an email and send to:
2. Snail Mail Registration for payment by cheque or direct deposit/funds transfer
a. Print the Entry Form and then fill it in manually.
b. Mail to the address on the Entry Form making sure you send;
i. For direct deposit/funds transfer payment – the Entry Form plus the payment transaction’s Acknowledgement Slip
ii. For cheque payment – the Entry Form plus your cheque.
3. Merilyn's Good Old Fashioned Way
Contact Merilyn on one of the options below & she will mail you hard copies of the Entry Forms & Regulations. You can then pay by cheque or direct deposit/funds transfer & post us the completed documents.
There are a couple of other permutations of these procedure. What we require is that we are able to confirm payment when we receive the Entry Form. For example, please don’t email your Entry Form and put a cheque in the mail as we won’t be able to confirm payment when we receive your Entry Form.
